I emailed the manager, Jessica, our order in advance and they were kind enough to write each child's name on their bag to avoid confusion when we passed them out. Everyone's order was correct, the food was hot and fresh, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful!
I wasn't going to go through with a review but they really upset me today. I've worked fast food. I know that sometimes orders take a while but today my perception was they just didn't care. I saw one person eating in view of customers not to mention by the food and two people playing on their phones. I waited 10-15 minutes and they were busy but not that busy. They messed up my drink order and didn't offer me a carrier or even mark the drinks. They NEVER mark the drinks. I go there sometimes just for drinks and I get dp for me and coke for my fiance. Not once have they marked the drinks in the 4 years I've lived in Sanger. There are some hard workers there because I've seen them but the others make the place look average. The food is usually right so I have no complaints there. Most of the time it's the later shift that I see these things on but they all play on their phones. At least move where customers can't see you. I don't want to offend anyone who works there but it's getting ridiculous.
The food is good but the carhops are awful. I have been coming this sonic for a while and have always been happy with my food but the carhops are awful. Food is always a good thing but the service is what's going to run me off.
We have already planned another lunch trip to this location.
I usually go here after band practice or marching band for football games, it's really delicious!
I took my class of nineteen to the Sanger Sonic today for lunch and the service and food were outstanding!
Purchased a ice tea and took a big gulp and it was completely sour. Almost threw up! Never again... it wasn't even happy hour so I was not happy about the $2.15 i spent on nothing.
