Love jack but so sad I waited 20 min in the drive through line plus 10 min at the window after I paid..only at night. Love that you guys are 24 hour but damn if y'all are always short on people maybe you should put 24 hr.. or hire more night shift ppl..highly disappointed.
How is that girl going to get a comped meal and still be upset. It shows they were attentiveto their mistakes.. well tonight I went and waited a normal wait. Brandy in the Sanger location was super sweet. I got everything in my order and it was hot. I've had some bad experiences in the past with fast food. Wonderful service. Thanks Brandy,!!
1 in the morning 38 degrees five f****** fans in the lobby high-speed WTH! As for the fans be turned off never happened remember I said 38 degrees outside went outside to get warmer eating my sandwich at 1 a.m. very cold inside
They are conveniently located off the freeway and there service is rather slow but the good there is of good quality for the price you pay. I've only had a few bad experiences there but it hasn't stopped me from going so that should say something about the place
If you like extra protein in your hamburger this is your place to eat. Found a large roach one night inside a burger and will never go back.
