From my understanding, this business does not typically allow family to accompany remains and witness the cremation process. In my experience this is for the best. I strongly encourage anyone who may wish to witness/accompany a loved one through the cremation process to look elsewhere.

You can actually witness a loved one during the cremation process. The previous review is not correct. It is up to the immediate family who can witness the process. It is not the crematory that decides. Work with your funeral home that is handling the arrangements and make your desires known to them to work with the crematory.
