Your people are very professional and friendly. Plus they know what they are doing. I have only used your service twice. One time you didn't charge and boy was I surprised. That is why I came back the second time. I was not disappointed. Service was great, the only thing I might complain about is the service is a little pricey. But I think your charges are in line with everyone else. Would tell everyone that would listen use your service.

Alright folks time to set things straight. My Truck broke down and left me stranded in Texas. Stephen Lake and his crew got my truck fixed up so I could get back on the road. The salesman that allowed me to look into a nicer newer truck and even test drive one was very good. He was laid back and knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy at all. Also the lady working at the main desk was very kind. My experience here was a good one. Everyone that helped me was very kind and respectful. I almost left in a different truck. In case you're wondering I did make it back to Iowa. Thanks to Stephen Lake and his crew fixing my truck. A few days later after being home I had a call come in from Sanger, Texas. It was the lady from the main desk at Luttrull McNatt Chevrolet! She was calling to make sure that I had made it home!! Yes I did. How awesome? Very Awesome!! Big shout out to Stephen Lake and his crew, the salesman that helped me, and the lady at the main desk. Thanks again!!
I would give them 5 stars but they could not rotate the tires because the locking lug nut key was missing. We have never used the key. The dealer did the last time when they did the first ever rotation of the tires and now, evidently have lost our lug nut key. Worse still was they put it on my wife to go look for the key. After an hour of looking she realized she has never used it, only the dealership has. Now if she gets a flat, she will not be able to change the tire because we do not have the key that was lost the last time we went in for service.
Everyone at this dealership is extremely helpful. Straight forward and willing to work with the customer.
