Clean, friendly, quiet. Place to stop over for an overnight or 2 nights. Has pool and other amenities. Not much going on otherwise. Didn't see ants or rats but lot of sandpipers eating mosquitoes for us. Not seeing much as far as kids go. No parties. Kinda muddy in spots and no trees really and ling walk to restrooms or trash but its a nice spor to park for a bit.

The park and the facilities are nice and well maintained and there are a lot of restaurants and things to do in the area. When we arrived for our 3-day stay at 6pm the office was already closed. Our packet was left on the office door per the norm but when we went to our space it was already occupied. We immediately called the office phone and the emergency number and 2 days later we have not been contacted. We just picked an open spot and hoped for the best. Where is the staff in case you have issues??!!! Be aware that a lot of the sites are not level. Don't arrive via I35e from the south because the road construction will beat your rig to death!

Very nice place well kept lots aren't to close together like some places it's nice & quiet has a pool laundry room basket ball fishing pond so many nice things to offer

It's going to be hard to find a campground better. The pads were great, along with everything else, nice and quiet as well. Fairly new. We will remember this one

We have stayed at other KOA before staying here and had NO problems at all. This place was horrible. We didn't feel safe at all. The whole place smelled like sewer. The place isn't kept up at all. It is a very run down place. They even had campers with wheel lock on them that looked like it was being stored there. The place waa in desperate need of the yard to be mowed. They had sites that had concrete nobody was on them and they put us at the back on a gravel unlevel site holes falling in on both sides kind of like sinkholes. It looked as if people have been living there for some time which isn't a problem but around their campers were very trash look like trailer park trash. If you want our opinion we would say don't stay there keep on going down the road till you find a decent place to stay. Hate to say it but you would be better off to rent a motel room or stay at a roadside park or a truck stop then to stay here. You would be safer than in this KOA Campground.
